Shreveport Bossier Advocate: The Cyber Innovation Center, a defense and cybersecurity research facility in Bossier City, is under new leadership. 

The CIC's president and executive director, Craig Spohn, is leaving his role and Kevin Nolten, previously the facility's vice president, is taking his place. Spohn headed the CIC from its founding 15 years ago until Jan. 1, when Nolten's new job title took effect.
